The Sisley Gift Card is intended exclusively for the purchase of items sold in participating Sisley stores.

It is available in two denominations: €25 and €50, and is valid for 12 months from activation at the checkout.

After activation at the checkout—upon payment of the chosen amount in cash or using other payment methods accepted by Sisley—the customer will receive a proof of purchase indicating the loaded amount, which must be kept. From that moment, the Gift Card is active and can be used by the bearer.

The Sisley Gift Card must be used in a single transaction. It can therefore be used for only one purchase, with a minimum receipt amount equal to the card’s face value, until the full balance is used. It cannot be used to purchase additional Sisley Gift Cards.

If the initial value is insufficient to purchase the desired items, the remaining amount must be paid in cash or using other payment methods accepted by Sisley.

The Sisley Gift Card is a bearer card: in case of loss, theft, or damage (e.g., unreadable barcode or numeric code), it cannot be blocked, refunded, or replaced.

Benetton Group cannot be held responsible for improper or fraudulent use of Sisley Gift Cards.

The purchase of a Sisley Gift Card is not eligible for promotional offers. However, purchases made using the Sisley Gift Card may benefit from promotions in effect at the time of purchase.

If a Black Card holder purchases a Sisley Gift Card, no loyalty points will be credited. However, when a Black Card holder uses a Sisley Gift Card, they may benefit from promotional mechanisms and are therefore entitled to the corresponding loyalty points.

The Sisley Gift Card cannot be returned in exchange for cash.

The purchase and use of the Sisley Gift Card implies acceptance of these terms of use. The current and updated terms will be published from time to time on the website www.sisley.com and will also be available in stores.

Any disputes related to the use of the Sisley Gift Card shall be governed by Italian law.

The Sisley Gift Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Card”) is governed by the following terms and conditions of request and use.

The Gift Card is issued with a freely chosen amount, as selected by the purchaser, up to a maximum value of €999 and, in some cases, in fixed denominations of €25 and €50.

The Gift Card can be requested/purchased in all Sisley stores that offer it for sale.

After activation at the checkout—upon payment of the selected amount in cash or using other payment methods accepted by Sisley—the purchaser will receive a proof of purchase to be retained, indicating the amount loaded onto the Gift Card.

The amount loaded onto the card does not accrue interest.

The Gift Card can be used by the bearer on the same day as its activation.

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation at the checkout.

The Gift Card can be used in one or more transactions until its full value has been exhausted. If the value of the Gift Card is not sufficient to purchase the desired items, the remaining amount must be paid in cash or using other payment methods accepted by Sisley.

The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.

The Gift Card is a bearer instrument: in case of loss, theft, or damage (e.g., unreadable barcode or numeric code), it cannot be blocked, refunded, or replaced. Benetton Group shall not be held responsible for any improper or fraudulent use of the Gift Card.

The purchase of the Gift Card does not allow participation in promotional offers or initiatives active at the time of its activation; however, its use as a payment method allows access to promotions or initiatives active at the time of purchase.

If the Gift Card is purchased by a Loyalty Card holder, no loyalty points will be credited; only its use as a payment method allows access to active promotional mechanisms and the accrual of loyalty points on the Loyalty Card.

The Gift Card cannot be returned in exchange for cash.

The Gift Card can be used in all enabled countries.

The purchase and use of the Gift Card implies that the user has read and accepted these terms and conditions.

The valid terms of use will be published from time to time on the website www.sisley.com and will also be available in stores.

Any disputes relating to the use of the Gift Card shall be governed by the laws applicable in the country of purchase and use.
